What is BullyShield?
BullyShield is a safeguarding reporting and case-management platform that helps students share bullying concerns and helps authorised school staff manage the response.
Is BullyShield an emergency service?
No. If someone is in immediate danger or a crime is happening now, call 999. The Get help now page also lists trusted independent support services.
Who reviews a BullyShield report?
Reports are reviewed by authorised members of the school's safeguarding team. BullyShield organises information and supports accountable casework; people remain responsible for safeguarding decisions.
Can a student report anonymously?
A school can choose whether anonymous reporting is available. The reporting route should always explain what information is collected before a concern is submitted.
